Who we are
BeSavior is a fire alarm and fire fighting company in Egypt. We operate this website. For anything about your data, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address and message. Our server also records your IP address, browser type and the date and time of the request, to prevent spam and abuse. Please do not include sensitive data (health, religion, ID numbers) in your message.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and follow it up. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your details for marketing unless you agree separately, and we do not sell or rent them.
Who can see it
Employees who handle quotations, through a protected admin page. Our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, stores and processes the form data on our behalf and may do so on servers outside Egypt.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for up to 24 months, or longer only while a quotation or contract that follows from it is active. Then we delete it.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you may:
- know what data we hold about you and why;
- access your data and get a copy;
- correct or update it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to its processing.
Email [email protected] with your name and phone number. We reply as soon as possible and within the time the law sets.
Security
Form data is kept in an access-controlled database. The admin page is open only to listed employees, who sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, and sessions expire after 10 hours. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Center and you, as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for children under 18.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, contact us first. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

We update this page when our practices change. The date below shows the latest version.
